FROZEN IN TIME (FIT) PACKAGE / MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION:
❄ All prepaid treatment funds are final and non-refundable. Unused pre-paid package funds may be exchanged and credited toward other treatments within 6 months from date of purchase.
❄ Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
❄ Memberships auto-renew on a 30-day billing cycle.
❄ Cancellation requires a minimum 30-day written notice.

❄ After the initial 3-month membership commitment is met, memberships can be put on hold for a minimum period of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. A 14-day written notice must be given to put memberships on hold. Billing will resume automatically at the end of the hold period.
❄ Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount.
❄Packages expire one year from the day they are purchased.

If I become a member and need to put my membership on hold for travel or other reasons, can I?
After the initial 3-month membership commitment has been met, memberships can be put on hold for a minimum period of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. A 14-day written notice must be given to put a membership on hold. Billing will resume automatically at the end of the hold period.
If I want to cancel my membership after the initial 3 month commitment, how do I do that?
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment and auto-renew monthly thereafter. Membership cancellation requires a 28 days notice from the monthly billing date. If you would like to cancel your membership, simply send us an email at [email protected] Please note, you can also request to either “downsize” your membership from Platinum to Gold if you don’t need as many sessions each month, or put it on hold/freeze (please see information above).
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card online OR if you prefer a physical gift certificate, we have those available in our office.
