Our individualized weight loss coaching has proven to be a huge benefit to our clients. Our Certified Nutrition & Exercise Counselor partner with you to improve your health and wellness, maximize your personal potential, and live life to the fullest. Studies have shown that you can lose up to 3X more weight when you work with a Health Coach than on your own!
We have two F.I.T Weight Loss programs to choose from:
⦿ A single 1:1 in-person Weight Loss Counseling session to discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and weight loss goals. During this session, you will receive a customized nutrition guide including the daily macros that are best for you to achieve your goals.
⦿ A comprehensive 12-week Health & Wellness Coaching program that includes six (6) private counseling sessions that includes bi-weekly evaluations, monitoring, support, and feedback.
Health coaching is a relationship built on trust, openness, and empathy. It consists of one-on-one conversations where you talk candidly about your weight loss goals and challenges. And together, you and your health coach create a plan to meet those goals.
Much like an athletic coach motivates athletes to achieve their optimal performance, a health coach does the same for your health and weight loss.
A health coach uses their impeccable coaching skills to increase their clients’ self-awareness, motivation, accountability and confidence.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Starting a diet is easy, sticking to it all the way through — that’s the hard part. When you’re on a diet, it’s easy to lose motivation and stop feeling committed. And it’s too easy to quit with the promise of starting over later. But with a coach by your side, you’ll feel more committed and motivated to keep going. We WILL reach your goals, and we’ll do it together. With bi-weekly accountability you are capable of achieving far more than you can on your own.

An effective weight loss plan should never involve wondering if you are doing all the right to achieve your goals. We take the guess-workout of your journey! We take your health and wellness very seriously. The secret to our coaching is in building personal relationships. Because to us, coaching isn’t just a business. It’s our life. And we care about you reaching your goals as much as you do.
100% UNIQUE MEAL PLANS
Can’t eat dairy or gluten? Have a medical condition? Hate eating eggs? A one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t fit anyone. Everyone is unique. So why force yourself into a meal plan that wasn’t made for you? Our Health & Wellness Counselor starts by reviewing your medical history and lifestyle and then working with the foods you like and working around the foods you don’t. We help you build a way of eating that lasts by meeting you where you’re at and designing a plan that’s 100% unique to you. Even if you’re a picky eater or too busy to cook, we WILL find the perfect fit!
EXERCISE YOU WANT TO DO
The exercise plan you follow isn’t always the plan you WANT to follow. So how great would it be if you didn’t have to pick between what’s good for you and what’s fun for you? What if you could be fit and healthy in a fun and easy way — whatever your goals? Our Health & Wellness Counselor will help you build an exercise plan just for you and your schedule. Exercise should match your life, not the other way around.
A FOCUS ON MINDSET, PSYCHOLOGY, AND HABITS
With willpower, it’s incredibly difficult to lose weight and keep it off. That’s why most people only manage to lose weight for a little while, only to gain it all back. Not fun! Not only that, but no diet will last if your Mindset, Psychology, and Habits around food and exercise don’t change. At Frozen in Time, we guide you step-by-step, day-by-day to shift your Mindset, Psychology, and Habits (we call this your MPH). Because when your MPH changes, you’ll see that getting fit doesn’t require massive amounts of willpower to make it through.
